With more than 15 years of experience in bio- and chemo-informatics and training with pioneers in the field, Dr. Ronak Patel founded Nucleati in 2020. The vision of Nucleati is to solve informatics challenges faced by the greater community. The informatics resources, software, analytics pipelines, and data he generated as a part of leading consortiums, like Roadmap Epigenomics, International Human Epigenome Consortium, and ClinGen, are globally recognized. He authored more than 30 published articles in high-impact journals. He has contributed two informatics resources to the first-ever genomic variation database approved by FDA. He has also been a key player in integrating data generated by the NIH Roadmap Epigenomics into the NHGRI-funded ENCODE project.
